Flaxseed Abs Am I On The Right Track To Losing A Few Pounds?

Am I on the right track to losing a few pounds? - flaxseed abs

I'm sixteen. I weigh about 135 pounds. I really do not want to lose weight as much as the tone of my body. I am also a vegetarian and a monster of health. One thing that does suck. I have no motivation, which is my case. I hear what you think.
That is what I ate today.
Breakfast, (i eat on a typical day of organic fruit, but I will by the weekend, sometimes change, haha)
Soy vanilla yogurt with strawberries, granola collapsed.
Lunch;
Sun's burgers on whole wheat nayosa flax, vegetarian cheese and salad.
about one ounces carrots.
Dinner;
two brown rice cakes with 2 c. Soup. Frozen organic grapes.
one ounces salted almonds (all natural)
Snacks;
Grenade. half a mango.

Do you think if a good meal to be included in such a way, and any kind of exercise sound me and help me lose weight?
I thought maybe only half an hour, 45 minutes per day, maybe go some ups, some sessions arms.
I yoga once a week.

All tips, comments would be helpful.

Wow, I want to eat healthily. Goodjob! I think you should eat more when not hungry, but you do not. You are on the right track. For the financial year, try to pay some to. Walk about 15-20 minutes nothing too radical and that nearly 20 squats. The dance is also a lot of movement.

I seem a little weight training to strengthen the muscles and try your heart, you get 30 minutes on foot and 15 minutes to force the resistance.
