What should I do to prepare my vegetable garden for planting? - vegetable garden
I am new in this garden and you want a garden for vegetables and fruits of summer to late autumn. I know that each plant its own requirements, the pH has value. As on the ground for everything that I wanted to prepare for work? Was there a fertilizer I should use for a wide range of vegetables to be good? I live in northern Ohio. When should pave the way? When should I plant? Shall I a second time during the season to make sure I have vegetables in the fall? What should I plant? The area that I plant is approximately 15 X 20 meters

Ohio Government to examine the web address ... if I have a new garden I: cut grass on the ground by ammendments (compost, leaves), organic matter, and continue to add leaves and grass in the autumn
Vegetable production is much less complicated than it initially appears all information in horticulture

I'm not sure what the earth is similar in your area. if the sand, you can add peat. If clay, probably of compost and gypsum.
Examine each plant for the preferred pH range pH and adjust with lime or sulfur (up or down, respectively). A soil test well would be an excellent idea.
Visit a local garden center with some of their land could be can be a good idea, advice on what to add.
